The Santa Barbara is the best small zoo I've been to. The map was easy to follow, they had a wide variety of animals, and the hours and parking are great! I would definitely recommend going to the zoo when you visit Santa Barbara! You don't have to be a kid to enjoy this place (my boyfriend and I are in our 20's and we loved it!)
Pros: everything!
Cons: you will spend a long time in the gift shop! beware!

the zoological gardens have a great variety of animals and offer many activiites for the whole family. give conservation tips as well !

A great place to go with the family or friends! It isn't too big and overwhelming, but well-laid out and has a good selection of animals. Beautiful park to spend the day in.
