Located in the hear of downtown Ventura, Winchesters, for over 15 years has estabilised itself as THE place causal diners and imbibers come to relax and enjoy. Whether it's one of the cozy booths under the watchful eye of "The Duke", or facing Main St. on one of our two heated patios, or even "bellied-up" to the 40 foot mahagany bar, there's just not of bad seat in the house. Great steaks, chicken, fresh seafood, and what some have called the "best damn burger in the tri-counties" are just some of the temptations from the reasonably priced menu. Add to that a full service bar with the largest selection of draft beer between L.A. and San Francisco, and you've got the makings of a truly memorable experience.

always eat here in Winchester Grill & Salon. The food is very tasty. Also the crew is very friendly to the customers.

I enjoy their food here. Lots of mouth watering flavor and I like the super fast way they get the food out to you, without feeling hurried. More accurately, I think I should say that the food comes out in successions, at the perfect timing.

Our service was great and the waiter was adorable. Ambiance was romantic and definitely recommended. For the music,,,I would recommend jazz or house and the people were cool. Portions were good.
